To reflect sustainability in our company culture, we brought alive the “Green Hornets”, our very own green team. The Hornets constantly and pro-actively seek out sustainable engagement with people, community and planet. Our hotel employees are thoroughly engaged, always ready to take the next step and go the extra (green) mile!
This vision, initiated by our COO Patrick Kerkhoven, has led us to getting involved in three categories:- Sustainability
- People & Charity
- Code of Conduct for our Partners
In each category, we as hoteliers have determined goals & activities, large and small. For instance, many of our guests requested us to stop using some of the smaller guest amenities, in order to minimize our contribution to the ‘plastic soup. Win Hotels will follow up and implement this request over the course of 2021 and 2022.
Furthermore, we have set up a professional monitoring system for the (mis)use of energy in our hotels. This helps us to save on energy, beneficial to our planet. In the People & Charity category we have developed strategic partnerships with local foundations and national trusts. On a local level we are now organizing free lunches in our hotels for elderly people who live alone. For the Ronald MacDonald House we renovated three rooms where parents can be close to their ill child(ren).
Our plans are multiple and much more elaborate that we can share here. Keep a close eye on our website for regular updates with new and exciting projects and ventures.

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions, may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement)
Best Available Rate/ Flexible Rate
For guarantee of reservation a valid credit card detail is required or pay online.
For guarantee with credit card, no prepayment is required but the first night of the stay will be pre-authorised. (Read more on pre-authorisation).
Reservation is only confirmed when hotel is able to pre-authorise the credit card.
Free cancellation if cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
In case of No-Show and late cancellation, cost of the first night stay will be charged.
Free modification 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
Countdown of the arrival date starts at 00.00 AM (CET).
Prepay & Save Rate/Hot Deal/Non-Refundable
Reservation is only confirmed when the full amount (room price only) is paid.
Amendment on reservation is not permitted.
No refund on cancellation of reservation.
Important
Please note that upon arrival, guests are required to show the credit card which has been used to make the booking. If it is not possible, the pre-charged/paid amount will be reimbursed, and the reservation has to be paid in full prior to check-in, either by cash or a different credit card.
About pre-authorization
Hotel reserves all the rights to pre-authorise the credit card when a credit card is used as a reservation guarantee method. Pre-authorisation is not a charge; it is a temporary hold. This means hotel will check if the card is active and if there is enough balance to cover at least the first night cost. After a certain period, the pre-authorisation hold is released. This varies on countries and card issuer. Please contact your bank for an advice on handling this.
Deposit
Upon arrival the hotel reserves the right to ask for a €50,00 deposit, cash only. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Group Reservation (5 rooms or more)
In a single reservation when 5 or more than 5 rooms are booked, it is considered as a group reservation. In this case hotel may ask a 10 % pre-payment as a guarantee of the reservation, acceptable only by bank transfer. Credit card is not accepted for pre-payment. Hotel will be in contact with the booker/guest to follow the procedure. Please note that a group reservation is not confirmed till hotel receives the pre-payment.
No-show Policy
For standard rate reservation, the full amount of the first night will be charged and the reservation is no longer valid.
For Hot-Deal/Non-Refundable/Prepay & Save reservation, if no communication is conducted of guest arriving later than actual arrival date, hotel is not obliged to keep the room on hold longer than the actual arrival date/night. However, if guest(s) still show up on the next day without communicating to the hotel, hotel will still try its best to accommodate the guest. This is subject to availability and not guaranteed. In such case hotel may also follow overbooking procedure.
In House Terms and Conditions
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and guest areas. Smoking in a guest room will result in an additional cleaning charge of minimum € 175.
Emergency phones are present to receive Emergency Assistance. Safety directions given by hotel staff must be followed at all times.
The uniform conditions of the Hotel Industry filed at the office of the court in The Hague are applicable to all reservations and services. Safety deposit boxes are available free of charge in all guest rooms. The hotel will not be responsible for loss of valuables from the guest rooms.
The guest is responsible to leave the room and all the valuables in the same condition as they found them. In case of loss or damaged item, hotel will charge the registered hotel room guest for loss or damage of the hotel valuables.
Floors might be slippery when wet.
Pets are not allowed
Regardless of charge instructions, by signing this you also acknowledge that you are personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred during the stay.
Taxes
All prices are including VAT and excluding 7% city tax. From 1st January 2020 an additional city tax of €3 per person applies per room per night.
